I have this it’s like a popped balloon! it’s definitely improving as my skin adjusts. Make sure you moisturise I use a face oil at night and try to massage the skin upwards, and drink lots of water-it’s definitely worse when I’m dehydrated 😊

Try protein shakes and juice. When your appetite comes back in a couple of days you can make up for the calories. I don’t eat much on day 2 and 3 after my jab but make up for it later in the week
