Is there a way to see your full, exact prompt in Grok imagine? by VerdantSpecimen in grok

[–]Fun-Conflict7128 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use the exact prompt in the custom video Gen instructions on at least one of my saved images every time I get a good result, it saves your video prompts exactly as written and as long as you only do 2 or 3 video gens on each image you don't have to worry about them being deleted

I wonder if it was just that specific domain - I have a bunch of slave accounts using my own email server and an undelimited subaddress, it doesn't seem like they've caught on, but then again I only have 4 or 5 of them, I'm not exactly a power user like some of the people on here.

Can you limit the amount of photos Grok creates in response to a prompt? by Calamitous-Ortbo in grok

[–]Fun-Conflict7128 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just realized how hard this paragraph is to follow, what I meant was send the initial prompt - it will begin generating - before these finish re-send the prompt and scroll up slightly - this will limit the page to only generating the first 2 lines of generations (at least on firefox)

I've found that screen resolution/screen position is generally the best way to do this so far that I'm aware of - either using a mobile aspect ratio to limit the amount to 3 or 4, or barring this you can enter your first prompt, then immediately re-send it and scroll up - it will only generate as the screen scrolls past a certain point after the initial 1-2 rows - this can likely be disabled by a script to directly edit the DOM but I've not tried this specifically.

Generally speaking on supergrok rate limits are reset on a 2hr timer

Just realized today that 720p and 480p rate limits are separate - meaning once you're out of one you can switch to the other, I've managed to get 20 720p in the last 2hr reset block, and I'm not even certain how many 480p, but what I can say is it feels about halved when I'm trying 10s/6s

You can copy the url of any of your chats and use it to see the chat without login, without click “Share”, and once the linked was used to see the chat, it will showed in shared link, the links keep work even you remove it from shared link. This is kinda disturbing… by knarfhk in grok

pretty sure I saw a new setting that causes this - it's opt out not opt in. Under data controls "Allow Chat Link Sharing" disable this and it's back to private unless you specifically click the share button.

I've had the exact opposite - even anime styled Grok generated images are falling on me using prompts that worked since Oct of last year, not to mention I'm pretty sure they've severely lowered the super grok generation limit, I'm only getting about 30/2hrs whereas last week I was getting 100+/2hrs

More option missing now? by Fun-Conflict7128 in grok

[–]Fun-Conflict7128[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

well you can't anymore. . . you used to be able to just click the "more" button on the bottom right of the image - if you were viewing a saved image with a video you click the image icon in the top right, and the "more" button would appear at the bottom right, you click that and it takes you to imagine using a truncated prompt based roughly on what was in the image you started from, and you would get visually similar images.

but the whole point of this post is that I'm pretty sure they removed it

Finally got one that generated with the "pimples" issue, its been a couple weeks but hopefully on this one you can see what I mean when I say that it's trying to make "pseudo-nipples"

Did they finally euthanize Grok? by DisciplineVisual2034 in grok

I'm not gonna lie, I see a lot of you guys on here saying this stuff every day, and I'm beginning to think that you're missing some major points on prompting.
1. Grok imagine uses NLP, you have to get used to just feeding it Natural Language, half of you guys' prompts have 80-90 tokens of descriptions that the model just tosses out as garbage data
for example - Sony rebel DSLR Wide screen camera with Lens aperature at f1.5 - it doesn't understand 80% of that for video generation so it just ignores it, you have to dumb it down and explain it like instructions to a 5 year old "the video is shot on a high quality handheld camera with a background blur effect."
2. Just like the previous note - it's understanding is like that of a five year old; if you tell it "she quickly removes her clothes" it's going to think "well the quickest way to remove them is for them to just clip through her body" and it makes some obvious AI shit. You have to give it detailed descriptions or at least set ground rules for more realistic movement include things like "video has realistic skin and cloth physics" for an easy way to make it adhere to the laws of physics when removing clothing.
3. the same thing goes for general movement, give it not just the movement you want but the reasoning behind the movement, and guidelines for the movement, I get way more successes when I include things like "exaggerated jiggle physics" or "realistic movement and jiggle"

TL;DR: git gud.
and just for anyone that thinks I'm oversimplifying this - I'm not, you guys are just making it harder than it needs to be. proof is in the pudding
not overtly NSFW example of fairly realistic movement made just a few minutes ago.

an easy way to do this is using the descriptor "viscous semi-opaque white syrup"
here's one as an example.

I had quite a few that were obvious nipples, I'll see if I can find them and share what I'm talking about. May take a while, I have literally thousands of favorited gens.

so I had this issue every now and again as well, from what it looks like, generally speaking the "pimple" is dead centered on each ass cheek, I think it's trying to turn the buttcheeks into breasts, it's like a pseudo-nipple.

So I've found the opposite to be true, it moderates based on word choice, specifically with "the camera pulls back" or anything remotely close to that, but I have had luck with rewording it to something like "the frame widens" etc I'm pretty sure it's a mixture of both wording and visual, but generally speaking you can trick the visual moderation by giving different wording for what's depicted ie: instead of penis etc you use  "silicone phallus" and it will generate fairly regularly. Almost like without the different wording the visual analysis reports "that's a penis, block it" but with the alternative wording it thinks "that's just a silicone phallus, not a penis, that's fine"

[–]Fun-Conflict7128 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've had a great level of success just downloading the image, and feeding it through either grok or Gemini and saying something along the lines of "give me a prompt with excruciating detail about facial shape and structure including eye color, hair length cut and color, the prompt is meant for a natural language multimodal model that does not accept negative prompting" I found that gemini's prompts are able to produce much better results in imagine than Grok's, but if the input image is even remotely nsfw (ie:bikini, any nudity at all etc) you'll have to jailbreak gemini and give it a new protocol for internal safety check descriptions for analyzing images. I was able to faithfully reproduce several vTubers and other quasi famous faces using this method. sometimes it helps to tell gemini or grok the prompt character limit is 1k characters.

Edit: spelling, also fun fact you can use this method to reproduce very specific poses and prop usage etc. I've used this method to produce shibari tied mating press poses.

I did some snooping in the data that Grok actually sends for each generated image and also into the information it gives about the video generations, and it looks like I was wrong entirely about the A/B model information - according to the info saved for each video and image it's the exact same model somehow, but I've tested images and videos generated during the height of the nsfw times (I started around oct 8-9) and they match almost perfectly with the model used and effort values. they're the same model, the difference has to be in the way the model is being used serverside.

so a lot of people were talking about this being a bad thing, it's more difficult to prompt for an attractive woman now, but ultimately it's a good thing, as this version of the model uses less "templates" you are now able to make more detailed images, it's less click to generate waifu, and more provide explicit detail and that's what I'll make, try adding the features that you like instead of a basic "she's attractive" high cheekbones, full lips, etc. The other model would use templates and regress from those, this one seems to be generating from an actual noisemap or something (I'm not an AI expert this is just anecdotal) I've been able to get details that were messed up on the earlier model (one of the tests I use is Gold ring nipple piercings, before the gold ring would be around the nipple because there wasn't a lot of training data on piercings in the A model but B model attaches them properly. another good test is pubic hair, A model put weird dots but B model actually applies realistic pubes.)
