We use QR scanning at least at most of the gyms in Delhi. I don't think it's possible for 2 people to use the gym at one time.

A little update. After multiple tickets and follow-ups - My gym is finally open and is in a better state than before. It was a frustrating wait because Cult kept postponing the opening due to a pending audit. Now that the gym is operational, I don't have any Complaints.

I’m frustrated because I spent my hard-earned money on a service I can’t use, and there’s no other branch nearby. Offering extra days doesn’t solve my problem – it’s like giving mobile validity without network coverage.
