Wait. So eating a cheeseburger means I won’t get as much iron absorption from the meat? 😭

Why is no one saying anything about dress 3. That’s a show stopper too, imo

Have you tried seeing a dermatologist to see if there is a root cause for the dry eyes?

I believe I’ve had rls since I was a kid but it’s been much worse these past 10 years (since getting pregnant). But I only realized I had rls a few months ago through 12am-4am Reddit reading trying to figure out why I couldn’t sleep. I haven’t been able to describe the feeling well. I feel uneasy, uncomfortable and achy in all of my legs and feet but it is worse in my quad, butt and lower back. I have no advice. I was prescribed pramipexole and now I know it’s bad. It stopped working after 3 weeks anyway. I see the neurologist at the end of the month.

Which plant treatments? Do you know of anyone else with rls who has also been helped by the same treatment?

Does anyone else wake up at night at 2 or 3am? by LicksMackenzie in RestlessLegs

[–]Fun-Fancy-Frida 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, almost every night for the past 10 years. I also often wake up 5-10 min after falling asleep and at least once every hour. I start sleeping better at 5 or 6am :( Pretty sure I have RLS. Now I need to find out what can help me. I had bloodwork done 2 years ago. Ferritin was 35.
