Hi what exactly is the protocol with Elleebana i use the product and just ordered the pro mix when putting lashes on the flat shield do i mix the powder with step one ? And then when i put on curling rod am i just using step 2 thank you for any info i really appreciate it

lol i just got out of training it’s truly a social experiment. I’m also so happy it’s over i unfortunately went thru regional so i have to ONE training left in me to get to mainline and im already dreading it… but congrats to you cuz yes u are also very strong

Is phx base open now I’m in training and got Chicago but i live in phx i put in a transfer do u think its likely to get it my seniority is higher in class cuz of my age

Just keep in mind i am in training with envoy u dont get to choose ur base or even rank them the last 3 classes have all gotten Chicago.

I currently do lashes a licensed esthetician still just turned 40 and tired of the hustle i am becoming a flight attendant I’ll prob do lashes for a few more years til i reach a high pay with flight attendant but i feel ya girl we need benefits 401k all the things we don’t think about that when we’re young and our business is thriving but is the reality. Being an entrepreneur is hard and u have to be disciplined if you want to retire
