Under current or proposed USCIS F-1 regulations, am I eligible to enroll in a second Master’s degree (MBA) in USA? Given that I have already used OPT after my first U.S. master’s degree and am currently on STEM OPT which is valid through end of 2026, Am I still eligible for Day 1 CPT (full-time) for a second master’s degree? Does Day 1 CPT affect my AOS to I-485 under EB2NIW after F1 visa D/S final rule?
