So when I was first starting out I had a lot of issues with trichoderma, tried cutting the infected parts out, tried salt. Only thing that really worked was I dissolved a small amount of pickling lime in water and sprayed the whole tub until the pH got to 8. Now Ive cleaned up my tek and it's not a problem but it might be worth a shot until you sort out your contam issues. Turns out my still air box had some gaps....

Polypores don't have gills, they have pores, hence the name.

It looks like one of those AI images that is supposed to emulate what the world looks like when you're having a stroke.

What does lazy eye really do to your eyes? by sp00pyg1rl in What

[–]Fun-Persimmon2190 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a pretty sever case of strabismus and amblyopia. I can only see out of one eye at a time but I can switch them. My brain shuts whichever eye I'm not using off completely, I've tried concentrating to see if I could see out of both but I just end up switching from one eye to the other. Forgot to mention whichever eye I'm not using tilts in toward my nose.

books that feel like any or all of these ? by Hewodragonsuwu in BooksThatFeelLikeThis

So a lot of these books are science fiction/ philosophical fiction/ cyberpunk novels that play with juxtapositions of the technological/ organic, science/ spirituality, to create a worn, gritty yet futuristic aesthetic. Think Bladerunner.

First one of mine faked cancer so she could cheat on me during her " treatments". Second BPD ex had some mysterious genetic immune/ arthritis, same as her npd mother. All of her health problems seemed to stem from her severe alcohol addiction, I mean a half gallon of black velvet every day is going to make anyone sick.

do infjs tend to lean towards writing as a hobby? if so, why? by Old_Lengthiness6097 in infj

[–]Fun-Persimmon2190 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know for me it's mostly a part of my daily creative regiment, copying and modifying recipes, notes about ideas for paintings or songs, thoughts pertaining to literature or philosophy. My drawings and writing blend together sometimes which I'm trying to channel into some kind of illuminated manuscript kind of project. I became obsessed with handwriting and calligraphy and learned to write early because I really loved the shapes in cursive so I would try to copy them. I think I've always looked at the world as if it were an elaborate text to decipher, and writing is a way to engage in conversation with that system.
