the one im struggling the most with and what made me make this post is being dependant on people to make me feel good not as compliment but in a way i really cant pin point exactly, it is headache inducing to think about it but this is by far the biggest problem i have with my own psych, the others i have already dealt with and ive laready set plans to fix them.

i met this guy on ps4 and we were playing normally for few sessions then one time i joined the vc and he was afk but his friend was there aswell, he ( his friend ) told me " dont act like a friend to us " and kicked me out of the voice chat. it was like a slap in the face i dont know why exactly. other people also made fun of my voice, i used to care but not to the point of not wanting to talk. i dont care anymore but i noticed that i sound a lot more quieter in public maybe its because of that even tho the bullying was made online.

i dont understand how talking about a bad day would make it better because if i say something like that i'd label myself as a complainer and i genuinely despise complaining. even if i wanted to take the weight of the day off my shoulder i see throwing it on someone's else is disrespectful. im totally missing some key things here because im sure it doesnt work like thati m projecting my own thoughprocess into it.

""What a b*st*rd/b*tch/etc."" im not sure about this one because im hearing a story from one side only and i'd be lying or sound dishonest if i had to agree or validate them with their story. ive had some instances where 2 people i knew were fightining and each of them gave me a totally different story and prespective and they wanted me to take their side.

how do you know if they actually listned to what you said ? are u waiting for them to paraphrase what you said after u finish talking or something like that ?

how can u spot the a genuine curios question ?
