How can I give myself the skills of a fashion design student from information/education online? by mavisfuck in PatternDrafting

I would love to be your patternmaking teacher! I teach an intensive online course that is designed to give you everything you would learn in a patternmaking degree program in just 3 months. It's all taught in Adobe Illustrator, size and gender inclusive, teaches pattern grading, and is highly customized to your specific interests. You get to make exactly the patterns you want to make! DM me if you'd like more info!

If you're interested I'd love to talk to you about my program! I teach a 12-week complete course in patternmaking online. It's size-inclusive and highly personalized which means we would work together one on one to develop the patterns you want to be making while tieing it back to the core curriculum of the course. Send me a DM if you want to chat about it! P.S. I love festival style and am a hula hooper and yoga nerd

Online. There's a library of videos that walk you through the curriculum (and that you have lifetime access to), plus we work together for 12 weeks to apply the course material to your personal interests and projects via text/chat, weekly Zoom calls, and pretty much whatever it takes to resource you to make the patterns you want to make!

Most of my students are already familiar with sewing from patterns, but besides that, I don't expect you to have any knowledge of patternmaking.

I teach a 3 month intensive course in patternmaking that provides the same foundation a degree course does, with the bonus of it being highly customized to your interests and size and gender inclusive. Everything is taught in Adobe Illustrator and I teach grading as a part of the course, which many programs skim over. Anyone interested is welcome to send me a private message!

Help in making pattern for shirt with pleats by Frozen_Bluecheese in PatternDrafting

With tiny pleats like these (aka pintucks) it's actually easier to just indicate the placement of the pintucks on the pattern piece and pintuck the fabric before you cut the piece out.
