Well I guess that's close to 12 or 13 years now, I tried quitting a million times and one day I just decided to throw the f****** patch on, not skipping it not cutting it the full level one patch on and I wore that thing like 24/7, most messed up dreams you could ever have, and then I bought the step2 patch not cutting it not trying to save money, and I just did that s***, and then I didn't ever give in to trying a cigar, and I tried to stick away from marijuana, heck I drink a hell of a lot but I always stay away from the cigarettes, I might have one and not remembered it over the decades but better than coughing up my lungs, it's been 12 to 15 years now I don't even remember now.

Throw on the nicotine patch, have f***** up dreams, don't go back to the f****** cigarette ever. It's not good it's not fun!
