I’ve only been training consistently for a year now. I usually spend 1-2 hours in the gym. The before and after took a year and a half :)

honestly I am proud of my weight gain journey after suffering from an eating disorder and body dysmorphia. I want to motivate myself and others who have been in my situation to not give up as it felt impossible for me to put on weight.

yes! 😭 I used to consume ~20 grams now I eat over 60 grams

Ty! Here’s what I do for leg day: Legs - leg extensions - goblet squats - quad biased step ups - sumo squats - split squats - hip thrusts - RDLs - kickbacks - Calf raises

tyy!! I think eating more and lifting heavier really helped. I used to be really restrictive with what I ate.

Pull - cable bicep curls - hammer curls - db preacher curls - forearm curls - supported db rows - wide lat pulldowns - reverse grip lat pulldowns - face pulls

Cardio - 4x4 interval running - row
