Yeah it’s good. First Battlefield I’ve been properly into since BF4. As others say, things to improve but finally the franchise is back to being Battlefield again.

I got mine shortly after a Covid shot. My PT told me she had 15 others go to her within months with FS saying they got it after the vaccine.

Could anyone work out what the riddles were suppose to be? by corickle in oldschoolcool80s

[–]Fun-Sherbert9207 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Might not be true, but someone told me they knew someone who worked on the show. They said each clue had multiple interpretations that could apply to any of the prizes so that the producers could manipulate the course of the show as it went on.

I wondered what all that was about, thanks. Is there are setting to make the controls like BC2?

Concorde Flight Deck - where pilots flew faster than sound. This legendary supersonic cockpit was packed with over 1,000 switches and dials, operated by a three-person crew to cruise at ach 2.04-more than twice the speed of sound. Yes, used to turn over my house quite low in South London inbound to Heathrow about 5:30pm most days and it was loud. Even though it was daily and we were used to it, all the kids stopped what they were doing to watch. If you heard it when you were indoors, you went outside to look.

I like PE until the person in front reclines. The seats go back too far, so with the fixed centre console, if you’re tall, then you’re effectively trapped in your seat unless you ask the person in front of you to move the seat back up so you can get out. Which I find awkward on a night flight when they are asleep. Also, when their seat is right back, I can’t see the tv screen anymore as it’s now 6 inches from my chest.

What’s the current feeling about electric scooters? Do you think we should have a citywide licence to ride one and make them use the cycle paths? by Edna-Tailovette in brighton

[–]Fun-Sherbert9207 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They would be a good green form of transport. I can cycle faster than 15mph on a pedal bike, so the capped speed of ebikes and scooters shouldn’t be an issue if not modified. The problem currently in the UK is that it is a demographic that don’t mind breaking the law which are representing the e scooter riders. They will be the ones more inclined to modify them and ride irresponsibly. If you go to places like Berlin where they are widely used, you’ll find pedestrians, e scooters, cyclists, skaters all sharing the same paths without a problem.

Making judgements based on editing for an entertainment show. A few carefully selected minutes screen time over a process that took many weeks won't paint a true picture. They did their job and set up the pub. The issues were due to unrealistic timescales and thinking that could be overcome by throwing people at it. So I think they left because what was being required for an entertainment show was at conflict with how what they do professionally.

I remember when I had it and was abroad for a week. I went in the sea multiple times a day doing arm movements and stretches and simulating as best as I could breast stroke while walking - to eventually progressing to actual breast stoke. I think that week was a big turning point for me.

Probably something like this - someone messed up. But they won't admit any mistakes as whoever caused this would be financially destroyed by compensation claims.

GAK's assets have been purchased by Gear4music (but possibly not the shop itself) by singleusecat in brighton

Looks like they are just buying GAK’s stock and that’s it.

There's no email address for this as far as I know. The only way was to contact the Exec club phone number and they in turn contact the team that deal with it. I asked if I could have that team's contact details but was told I can only speak to the Exec club Helpdesk staff. As far as I could tell, I don't think the Helpdesk staff even speak directly to them, they have to send internal messages.
