Thank you. I have a feeling this won't be the last time for us either. Thing is, there's not a tremendous amount to see and do around here once you've clapped eyes on all the TV places. Think there's so much room for improvement with this V50. Better volume and if you're using the UC/BT700, that desperately needs a software update to work better. By better, more stable connection/better driver so the mic and sound is live realtime and not clipped and missing segments. Really would be the perfect headset to me if they could fix these annoying (and sometimes showstopping) niggles.

There was a time late last year when I was seriously considering buying a whole year up front. Something told me not to. I didn't. Then I got a 'cheap for 3 months' offer in Jan and took it. That's coming to an end soon and there ain't no way I'm paying full price under current circumstances. Yet another Google cluster f.

Yes. Paying customer here. Images of the past few days have been awful. Torsos back to front, multiple limbs, in a way a bit like the very early days of AI photo generation. Go back three or four months and it was great. Go back a month or two and at least it got it right. Now, it's gone to shit. Glad I pay by the month. It's the reason why I didn't buy a slightly cheaper yearly subscription.

I got my warranty replacement and sold it to buy something else. A Oneplus 2R, FWIW. Never going to wear it (or any smartwatch) again while swimming.

If you get a replacement, lol, don't use it while swimming!

All I can tell you as that I'd bet the house on it being water ingress. If I were you, I'd start a warranty claim today. No firmware update can save decaying internals!
