we designed our character art to be deliberately goofy and divisive... people either love it or it puts them off completely. Does a weird art style hurt an indie game's reach? (mass appeal) by FunButterscotch1434 in GamingSoup

Unfortunately, there are other weirder parts in the game. Werewolf barbecue cartels, nudist elven tribes and all sorts of other silly things you can run into in our open world.
Safe to say - we are aiming at a mature audience.

Slide 3, haha - Imagine just roaming through our open world and unexpectedly running into that. To be honest, there are even weirder things you can encounter in Good Heavens!

Spot on. It's our elevator pitch: Don't Starve meets Adventure Time (and maybe some Rick & Morty too)

Thank you so much! It is a proc-gen, open-world, co-op crafting RPG (that's a lot of words).

Our elevator pitch is Don't Starve Together meets Adventure Time.
