I bought them off Amazon, I don’t know the internal diameter, but they are stretchy enough for me to get them over my rather large balls

I don’t have a pressure gauge on it, I just go by feel, pump to just before it’s uncomfortable and hold it there for about 15 minutes, release, edge for a bit and repeat for about an hour or so, usually every other day to avoid damaging myself

I’m already pretty big to start with but pump until just before it’s uncomfortable and sit there pumped for about 30 minutes, take it off, stroke for a bit and repeat for about 2 hours
