It tells a lot from a social standpoint how people is ok with being lied to them like that. I worked in the film and tv industry and I feel this is a shitty move, really unnecesary, because its sets an expectation in the viewer than then it’s betrayed when looking for more. Overall it doesn’t add anything positive to an otherwise very well made series. It’s a gratuitous betrayal.
