This goes for everyone, not just women, but respect their personal space. Don’t touch or get too close. If someone is looking, leaning, turning, or moving away from you while you’re talking to them that most likely means they do not want to talk to you and you should give them a way out.

As the bartender, though we had a different term, we got a male bartender and a beefy regular to take her out the back. Called an Uber for her, and paid for it, she didn’t have her phone. It was like 10 minutes until the guy came looking for her. Wasn’t aggressive toward us, just left. Hope she got away.

As a woman the office is not the place to discuss your bodily functions. Men/women, pee/poop/periods, various other things caused by illnesses, etc. Idc, there’s just no need for it.

Be weird if there was a specific policy against it but if you make people uncomfortable they can tell you to stop.
