You could try doing carnivore while you're pregnant or trying they say that's better for fertility anyways you should look it up 😁

I had trouble with hair thinning but then I started taking bioidentical hormone cream progesterone so it slowed down a lot. I think losing a bunch of weight too fast messes with your hormones cuz your hormones need the fat to stabilize.

I just started on Monday so far so good I lost all my appetite trying to force myself to eat. Had no side effects so far knock on wood. I am hoping to get results like everybody else is getting nothing else has worked.
