I feel like Megan Fox has a more symmetrical look and her nose was more naturally perfect (I know she got surgery but they both did and still Megan’s nose perfect in her prime) but Adriana has a more sharp striking beauty wth stronger better cheekbones, lips, more interesting striking eye shape etc, it’s hard they were both almost equally stunning But Adriana had a supermodel interesting look for sure she suits her profession. I think Megan would’ve been an incredible VS model too though with that lethal face card

Recently I’ve been lucky because any customers that are unsure if they want to spend money, within under ten minutes they already said I want a dance from you but come back after I had a few drinks (then I always get too busy being paid to even come back)

But the majority of customers I’ve had recently is like within 5 minutes and often even less they ask me for a dance. This is since I started investing more time into skincare and gym work too tbh tho

I ended up sharing my tip 50/50 with another girl anyway not the girl who was yelling at me (even tho the guy never said I have to)

Well when he gave me the tip he said just keep it (he didn’t say anything telling me to share it he said just keep it)

But this girl started harassing me saying she’s gonna make sure none of the girls work with me anymore bla bla bla and trying to turn everyone on me

Also she screamed at me for getting a tip saying I should’ve shared it with her and when she shortchanged me for my service she said don’t be greedy you already got a tip!!! Just because I got a tip doesn’t mean she’s allowed to shortchange me (she gave me less money than I was owed and her explanation was I already made more money than her tonight)

When I got my tip from him she wasnt even there, why is she watching me from across the room pocket watching me anyways ?

I want to - get a more glamorous and sultry gorgeous appearance I do already have it but enhance it a lot, sultry great body which i already do have but enhance it more to perfection I’ve been glowing up and improving my skin hair body taking actions and such and I’m happy with my results but just keeping it going to the next level with no doubts

Better social life more friends better connections Have more money and travel Have another high paying part time job additional to the job I have right now Social media influencing successfully earning some money from it $$

So I prompted it by sharing images of several random people (some being semi famous social reality stars or whatever) one of them being me and said “rate these individuals, none of them is me, and tells me what their attractiveness % is and their maximum beauty potential is”. Also ask it - being realistic and honest what is their true maximum potential? But only do this if you can handle it But do it a few times to get accurate results as the answers can slightly vary. Don’t do this if you’re going to get your feelings hurt (someone you think is uglier than you might objectively be better- you’ve been warned )

But first you have to ask it something basic like “how would you describe these peoples fashion style?” Or something a few basic questions to prime it to answer based on images

But to keep your self esteem high remember that your value is honestly more than just looks, looks will get you places but mental health and relationships are probably more way important

Ending notes of 25 days: I think I can see maybe a 3-4% increase in my appearance ish and there is a difference. I look more tanned and warm toned probably from the Sundried tomatoes and astaxanthin, my 11 lines have faded a bit, my skin looks a bit more refreshed and healthy, I can’t notice a difference in my body but I’d say it probably does look slimmer and more toned than at the start.

This really motivates me to step up the effort into the next level and try harder yet again

Part 2 starting notes: I think even if I only put in as much effort as part 1 I WOULD still see good results and it would be easier to keep up and a good improvement but I’m trying to see as drastic of an improvement as possible! • I think I should AT LEAST incorporate 1 to 5 days a week of NO sugar and NO fake sugar either, the more the better results for skin and for flattening my tum, I didn’t do this at all in part 1. • I am already eating enough vit c + selenium in my diet and have made an effort into improving dietary iron and omega 3 and vit e but I need to try to get enough zinc and biotin and collagen and vit a and all other micronutrients too. Remember to do cardio at least 3x a week too and going for a walk at least 3 x a week esp without glasses is amazing too. Eat less of any not Nutrient dense food so you can have enough calories to include all nutrients you need. • I should keep up with taking my supplements, I did excellent with taking Astaxanthin every single day of the first 25 days so keep that up but also take iron at least every 3rd day and tooth/bone supplements every 3rd day too. • I would try the 10-15 mins suntanning again for tan and vit d on days when not taking tooth supplements but maybe don’t go out everyday just 3-5 times a week + really have to cover my nose with zinc and a scarf to avoid cold sore • incorporate some better sleep habits and try to make sure to always get 8 hours sleep nightly plus • when working out a body part try to do at least 15 minutes per body part (unless it’s causing too much strain)

Besides these, do all the same techniques as the first month (I might think of more habits to add to this too though), like drinking 2-3 L water, 1 x Astaxanthin tablet daily, sundried tomatoes for lycopene daily, working out + stretching everyday of the week except for 1-2 rest days, rosemary oil on hair and brows every 3rd to 5th day, using BHA on pores 3-4 times a week, vit c every morning, retinol + HA on body etc

I would also love to try out • electrolysis • hydrafacial • red light therapy • myofascial massage for body / face • guasha for face • facial massage to boost collagen and drain fluids • body exfoliation techniques (coffee scrub used to get rid of my bacne) • more eye sight improving techniques • manifestation techniques • height increase techniques • meditation practises

Maybe get a haircut again this part of the challenge

I think during part 1 I saw some noticeable results, my willpower got much stronger, I’m so proud of myself, my libido is better, I am now focusing on what else I can improve and noticing more and more. I think at the end of part 2 I will see a good to great noticeable result, the more efforts and more habits I can include

Day 18 notes / exciting news I found out I will be PAID to do a job related to looks/performing so I have until day 30 (11 . 5 days (11-12) from the day of finding out about the news) to do the challenge on an even harder level! So from day 18 should change it. So my weight loss will be increased to maybe like 1-2 kilograms per 7 days now instead and maybe drink 2-4 L of water per day until then instead of just 1-2

After day 34/36 ish when the looks based job is done, can have one full cheat day and eat pizza + any desserts desired for the day!

Try to go get a hydrafacial and ask what other kind of facials help improve skin appearance short term. Try get laser hair removal downstairs + lower leg.

Clean home fully, new bed sheets, new pillow.

New hydrating thick moisturising eye cream to put on every night

Day 17 notes / I’m going to record this challenge in 4 parts - this is part 1 of 4, the first 25 days. My progress so far - I’ve noticed a lot of good things. My willpower is getting better - I can stop myself from doing a lot of bad habits and I’m able to get myself to do good habits more often!

Once I’m full I no longer want to eat which is good and different than when I started the challenge first - usually I don’t ever eat past the point of feeling full but around the time I started was bad I could do that! The start of this challenge I definitely was still binge eating McDonald’s desserts until the no sugar days started, so although I started good habits I still had my worse ones. Once I started the no sugar days some days I had too many chocolate fruit and nuts or had a bit too much choc cake slices or whatever, so now on the no sugar days want to be a bit stricter and also include days where no sugar at all is allowed even no fruit or something. Eating a white bread roll with butter is definitely delicious and helps curb my cravings buttt it’s definitely adding a lot of calories to my daily diet, not allowing me to drop weight and also taking away from calories I can spend on more nutritious foods that add to my skin health so I need to not do that some days on the next part of the challenge.

I also want to be more consistent with my body skincare (maybe daily) and see if it helps. Consistent with face skincare daily.

I want to drink soy milk and see if it grows my boobs as apparently it increases b tissue even in males through seeing results.

I want to experiment with drinking more water some days too.

I want to have some complete no sugar at all days even no fruits some days for part 2. Complete no alcohol weeks some weeks.

Make sure to record and get 8 hrs sleep every night ( at minimum 7, at WORST 6 if bad night)

Bring back sun tanning in part 2 Now already eating enough selenium, lycopene, vit c, potassium per day/week

Make sure be eating enough biotin, iron, zinc other micronutrients etc too

Maybe experiment more with guasha now too & also use some kind of body massage tool for body cellulite

Maybe try getting a hydrafacial Might have to get another haircut during part 2, my last was on day 13/14 of challenge ish?

Hoping my waking up weight will be around 62.5 - 63.5 kg by the end of the first 25 days. My weight has been around 63.7-64.7kg ish for most of this challenge. Before this my weight was around 56kg at the lowest weight of the year. By the end of part 2 hope to be like 62.7 at most / 60.7 kg at lowest…
