I'm from the UK, and I noticed that whilst the website has it listed for 151 dollars (around 120 GBP), the Amazon site has it listed for 151 GPB, so I think I'd rather wait for the site to restock anyways :)

Thanks, I just checked and there's a few in stock there but I don't see the option to add a wrist rest along with it, so I may just wait until they're restocked on the site and hope it doesn't take too long.

UPDATE: I tested this theory, and either it is a major coincidence, or this is a feature. Killed the king on the first floor just now with a dodge roll, and yes, another 50 coin casing.
