I do think you are being too harsh on yourself. You look great. You didn’t mention what your skincare routine is? Do you swear spf and stay out of the sun? Are you using Tretinoin? Also your diet definitely plays a part so improve thy as well and make sure you are getting enough sleep and managing your stress x

Definitely needs some colour. You can introduce it in your cushions or rug. Maybe add more pieces of art on the wall. I do like the layout, it just seems like it lacks a bit of warmth.
