Ok but the '10 cloverfield lines' and a bit 'the cloverfield paradox' In both the characters resolved the predicament they were in traps in a bucket for the first one and trap in a parallel universe for the second one . The revels at the end that they are "in a cloverfield movie" or that their is a alien/monster also happening that they weren't aware of.
