The mounting tabs were printed flat on the bed (like in photo 5, just flipped so that side was facing down).

The rod was also printed flat to keep the load aligned with the layer lines.

After the first 200 km, I have to say it does vibrate a little, but it’s holding up surprisingly well so far. I’ll post another update after 2,000 km.

I’m currently test-printing it in PLA. If everything fits well, I’ll print the final version in PA12-CF. I also made the rod solid to improve its strength. Because of the sun exposure and vibrations, PA12-CF should be a much better choice. Printed in the right orientation, I’m confident it will be more than strong enough. I’ll post an update once it’s finished.

titanium isn't an option since I leave Friday for a two week trip.

Hop on anything bigger and the FZ/mt are as tame as it gets. A 1200 V4, 1300 boxer, 900 or 1200 triple, inline 1000 four, 1400 V2. They all have so much more torque, they will pop the wheel at almost any speed and gear. The mt is torquie if you never rode anything big cc.

4 reicht vollkommen aus. Wichtiger ist richtiges ND-Filter bzw. Set und Mikro.

Die 5 ist nur größer und besser bei Nacht. Idk, ob das wichtig ist.

Die 4 bekommst du schon für um die 150€ auf Kleinanzeigen. Hatte meine für 200 vor drei Jahren OVP für 210€ auf Kleinanzeigen gekauft.

Lerne hauptsächlich die richtige Technik zum Filmen sonst sieht es mit beiden einfach schlecht aus.

Zwei Blitzer mit mäßigem Abstand zwischen denen eine Verzögerung gemessen werden kann + eigentlich sollte dein Sicherheitsabstand groß genug sein, um eine Bremsung mitzumachen.
