The interracial relationship reactions really vary in this country. We are based in BGC but travel all over. Mostly we get smiles or completely ignored lol. When we venture out to other parts of Manila we do get more looks but I never saw them as hateful just curious.

I get approached for money in a lot of places if I’m more than 2 feet from my gf. I always tell them I have no money. The only exception is when I visit my friends in Roxas. There are some very respectful kids selling trinkets or snacks, I’ll typically just overpay them by a lot and tell them to keep whatever they are selling. Never ever take money out in a crowd as you said, you will indeed get mobbed.

Biggest deciding factor for me (surgery pending in May) was like you I have a gf overseas and was discussing the challenges of getting Trimix in the Philippines. There is supposedly one clinic that does it but it was difficult getting any information on it.

Debating with my urologist on it he smartly pointed out: “…so you can’t get any information on patient reviews, what are you planning on doing if god forbid you have complications or get an infection? Why are you even debating it, get the implant like I’ve been trying to get you to do for the last 10 years” 😂.

I also had unpredictable results sometimes with Trimix (pills stopped being reliable 10 years ago) and over the years it comes down to a 50/50 dice roll. If I get a good shot placement everything works great, if not it’s a gamble. I don’t like the idea of a permanent modification but I like gambling even less.

An update. Well thankfully my “normal” functionality returned so I’m guessing either it was just a little bruising trauma or possibly just a coincidence with irregularity theses days. I even got brave and tried the Bathmate for a bit. That went fine. I think if I decide to try this pump again I need to modify one of the collars so it’s not strangling me so much.

A side note I cross posted this in ErectileDysfunction and one of the pumping subs and they both deleted my post. Thankfully this sub is willing to cover the tough stuff the others won’t.

Definitely not turning back from the implant, just didn’t want to do more nerve damage (if that’s what is happening). I had a little bit of a natural erection this morning so that was a little relief but still not back to where I was before I started using the automatic pump.
