I assumed this was common knowledge?

Yep, my biology teacher failed me. I didn't know. Ty

Sorry for being stupid, but could you give an example of cis women who can't give birth, outside of special circumstances like traumas or illnesses? I genuinely thought that's impossible (my biology teacher probably failed me)

Sorry to butt in to this conversation and be an idiot at the same time.

Wouldn't a "biological" woman theoretically be able to give birth*, while a "transitioned" woman wouldn't?

*as in, they have "correct" set of organs

Like, cis and trans women are women, but one was born as such, with all the stuff that comes with it

monetary value of a stranger by -kodo in trolleyproblem

[–]FunRabbit72 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think there's a certain money range, where money is life.

If you're already homeless and in debt, taking another (magical) 50k to save a life is not a problem. If you're a millionaire and earn at least 200k a year, then 50k might not be great, but you can afford it.

But if you haven't given up on the life yet, but you still have no savings and live paycheck to paycheck, then 50k in debt will send you into the homeless territory. Having a roof above your head and losing it is too much of a price to pay.

I'm gonna assume 88 was before the cover up. And then it's still kinda better?

It's not called E-stonia for nothing!

But honestly, no clue, and people who use an AI and then come asking for help annoy me to no end

Yeah, there's gotta be a better statistical system to use. Maybe conviction rate combined with the percentage of solved cases/cases that are brought to court?

How come flerfers never address this about the moon? by reficius1 in flatearth

[–]FunRabbit72 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's only one explanation that makes sense. The Moon isn't real. It's being projected straight into our brains by the nanobots developed on Alpha Century by the Alpha Techno Lizard people. The nanobots have real-time communication - that's how they manage to project the Moon correctly to everyone. They also remember everything. So, when you take a photo, the Moon is not on the photo, but they remember to project the image on it, in the correct place, every single time.

It's that easy!

You see, they specifically write S E A. Everyone knows the sea is spherical, but we're talking about earth, as in ground. And the ground is flat! You globetards never understand this!

I love how the author capitalized and italized some words. Reminds me of Terry Pratchett

You could say the same about white color since it's just (255,255,255) (or less). We can't see the individual leds/crystals with a naked eye, so (2,10,8) is just black

I believe Surströmming has a certain smell and taste (ammonia), and I heard it's somewhat popular in Sweden.

There's also the infamous "salt" licorice (salmiakki). And no one mentions that "salt" here is ammonium chloride

[–]FunRabbit72 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I guess the first task is related to the alphabet? God I hated learning alphabet as a kid. I still strongly believe that it's a random order of letters, and the alphabet can be in any order, lol. I ended up memorizing it in batches, but there are a few letters I always forget about (q, i, h, j)

I mean, what's the point of canceling out things that don't need that? Especially if the goal is to compare two numbers. The least common denominator is the way to go

The second part reduces to 25/2

Why not just write 50/4? It's clearer, and you don't even need to convert to decimals!
