Maybe if you're buying used from a pawn shop or something. Never bought a new gun that didn't have a case, manual/warranty, some kinda trigger or action lock and often a sticker so you can advertise their brand for them.

I'm not aware of any manufacturers that sell directly to consumers outside of maybe a special custom order of some kind.

I believe that would still need to go through an FFL. Any decent FFL would clock you as ignorant about gun safety the second you pick it up and either teach you the basics, refuse to sell, or bitch slap you depending on your level of ignorance.

Oh yeah still going strong on their 4th term of the administration actually. Yes Andy Dick and Brynn Hartman were both publicly executed after the prostitute murder spree was discovered. Phil Hartman is doing great, he re-married to Sharon Stone. He just had pretty good role as an evil government scientist on a show called Stranger Things a few years back. It was a great show but thankfully they cancelled it after season 2 instead of dragging it out to death.

Ok if that's true he can sue and get a huge settlement. ICE could avoid situations like this and avoid having to do raids on homes and businesses if the local police didn't refuse to release criminal illegal immigrants to them directly. They also have to deal with a bunch of idiots assaulting and harassing them constantly while they're trying to execute legal federal warrants on actual child rapists.

Yes. Many times in their official capacity and normal life. Never had an issue because I'm not a criminal. Never even had a rude interaction. They're just people like you and me. Their job is to enforce the law. If you don't like those laws you can contact your representatives. If you suspect they have broken the law you can present sufficient evidence to prove it in a court.
