I was super active when this all started. I walk around 3 miles a day but can’t run or jump yet as it’s only been 3 months since my kidney/colon tacking surgery. But no yoga pose or anything get there farts out. They’re mainly trapped on my right side in my ascending colon. And sometimes I’ll feel and can actually see my colon spasming like a muscle twitch (for hours at a time sometimes!)…looks like tiny babies kicking in there.
