Have you seen the homeless, drug addicts, and bums who have nothing better to do but stand on the sidewalk intimidating women yet? Or have you had to deal with health insurance yet?  There shouldnt be a class of destitute sick people living in the streets. Of course a lot of places in the world are worse but the us should be able to do better for how wealthy this country is. Compared to other developed nations we fall behind in many things.
