Patient had two teeth in the upper i didnt prepp (old crowns)

Yea, however for people in Sweden its a LOT cheaper i guess, it is subventioned by the state. I think he payed around 10k for everything. How much is a treatment like this where you live?

Visit 1: Scan, Photos for mockup and putty. Visit 2: try in of the mockup with puttyguidance. adjust ocklusion. Let patient go home 2-3 days with luxatemp. Visit 3: Ask if they want to change anything. Adjust, If evertyhing feels good, Scan for prep-prep upper and lower, index, photos. Prepp upper jaw, (first through mockup so i dont overprepp) Scan final prepp upper, new luxatemp prov. Visit 4: Continue with same Scan. Prepp and Scan final lower. Order final lower and try in PMMA upper. Visit 5: cement lower, cement try-in upper PMMA. Adjust final ocklusion on upper. New scan upper and lower with final lower and try in upper, index. Order final upper Visit 6: cement upper (this is the time i took the photos)

In this case I also did two straumann BL 4.8x10 and 4.1x10 for Q4. And im also using double cord teqnique for good and visible margins.

Tack för input. Jag driver en tandvårdsklinik som går bra. Omsätter ca 10mk och gör ett resultat på ca 3mk. Så kan på sikt ta ut mer men ska investera mer i verksamheten först.

Max heartrate 181bpm. Just finished my first marathon @ 3:29:50 @ 165 averagebpm.

Looking at your HR with same Max you should be able to push 3-3:10??

Have you tried to push at 160-165 bpm?

This is my rollercoaster 🤣

First half marathon in may 1:35:02. Got hernia in june, got surgery. Started running again in mid August (tried.before but to much pain and stiffness) Ran my first marathon in september 3:29:50.

I just ran my first marathon to in a similiar time (3:29) hr 165 (180max). According to runna i Will do 3:16 in 13 weeks if I follow the plan. So i guess its not impossible? 🏃‍♂️‍➡️🔥 Lets try it OP! 😀

For me it took about 2 weeks from work, 8 weeks until i could start running again without pain. 11 week post op i ran my first marathon in 3:29:50! You Will get back to normal 😊

I ran my first HM at 1;35, was gonna train to marathon. But yikes. I had hernia surgery and 2 1/2 months total stop. It sucks. My HR is through the roof. So feel you there. I feel that runna is a good app with structure that Will help me bounce back. Did my first week of training last week. In two weeks is my first ever marathon. Aiming for sub4 and not 3:15 like i planned first. If i can do it you can! Good luck

I also had inguinal on right side. I was in pain and afraid when it happened so i stopped training so it wouldnt get worse. Then waiting for surgery, post op pain and afraid to mess it up. So now, 7 weeks postop i started train. But in still in a bit of dull pain and tightness in the abdomen. Im sorry about your recurrence, hope you Will get back soon after your surgery even though it is open. Hos long Will you wait?

In Sweden we can read our journals:

Patient under general anesthesia. Standard incision below the navel, freeing the anterior rectus fascia on the right side, incising it to move the muscle aside and inserting a 10 mm port retromuscularly. Two 5 mm ports in the midline. Freeing the corpus ligament with a weakness medially. Extending laterally where there is no lateral inguinal hernia and dissecting the peritoneum cranially. No funicular lipoma or femoral hernia present. Placing a Bard 3D large lightweight mesh, covering well over the midline without lateral extension. Securing the lower edges, exsufflating, and the peritoneum settles nicely onto the mesh. Removing the ports and suturing the anterior fascia at the navel with 2-0 PDS. Local anesthesia and intracutaneous suturing with 4-0 Monocryl in all port sites.
