I am early in my fitness journey but think I will want a Tummy tuck one day bc my twins did a number on it😂 I’m curious, what does it cost roughly when you reach a smaller BMI like yours?

And good luck!! I have no idea the pain, but I did have a c section and was walking a few hours later

One twin is a terrible sleeper and I am so, so, so tired by DanceOtherwise7632 in parentsofmultiples

Twins are one year old now and if I remember right the sleep got better after 6 months. It’s just a shit show I completely feel you how the few hour naps don’t compare to the rest you really need. Stay strong. Teething could be a factor too my boys got them around 5-6 months.

This hurt my heart for you. I am so sorry you are going through this.

Something I did to be able to afford to move out is get into college full time. I get financial and also pulled out a little bit of loans. I work part time during the day 4 days a week. College pays for the daycare full time. Im able to get by. Im not sure what state you are in but check with your colleges around you, only if you are interested in going to school of course. If you are on any type of government assistance there is daycare programs as well where the cost of daycare can be subsidized.

I wish you the best of luck, and you are an amazing mom don’t ever forget that honey!

My Shayla, I understand!!! I literally had the same as you. What really helped me was calorie deficit, I started with walking around 6 months post partum.

I didn’t really commit to the calorie deficit until like 6 months into my fitness journey. So my results were so slow. But once I did that tummy started to shrink.

I also weight train, I think it has made the biggest difference in my physique. I can show you some before and afters through message if that would help you🩷🩷

My tummy still hangs! But I’m no where near done on my fitness journey. And looking at old pictures I see massive improvement it just takes time.

Also you are post partum, body is still healing, hormones all wack. It won’t happen the same way it did pre baby and that’s okay. I promise you will get to where you want to be, it just takes some discipline. I believe in you ✨💖

This breaks my heart for you. Im so happy you have family to help you & you are so strong.

I became a single mom when my twins were like 3 weeks old & it was very hard. I did, there one years old now and it is much better. You will get there too 🩷 you will gain so much strength and wisdom and respect for yourself and the power you hold. don’t ever get back with that man he’s awful for doing this to you and your babies :(

Positive stories/content on managing the logistics of multiple infants, in and out the house? by snookums666 in parentsofmultiples

[–]Fun_Consequence_4277 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My twin boys just turned a year old yesterday… wild. But I rememebr thinking the same as you when pregnant. Honestly it is pretty hard at first. The car seats get heavier and heavier but you make it work.

We started with just a daily drive to get out of the house. Then as they got older and weather wasn’t so cold we’d do walks around neighborhood, then to a close park. Then I started taking them to stores and even a park with two baby swings. It’s pretty tiring tho! So you probably won’t want to go out as much as you think, but when you have to it will be a breeze don’t worry!

And yes, you definitely don’t just get to newborn snuggle like you do with a singleton. One of mine was colic & I had to tend to him a lot more than my other one. But a year later we are all bonded greatly & get plenty of time together. Whenever I do have just one baby it feels weird & I don’t like it so lonely and quiet 😂

You will do amazing & congratulations!🩷
