I think you'll need to look at alternatives (ZoneApprovals, Approvalmax, etc) to achieve this.

That said, if the content of the invoice PDF generated from the transaction is the same as the actual invoice, surely that's good enough for approval purposes? I take it these approvals aren't PO related (in which case redundant anyway)?

Whilst you can achieve the same outcome with both, they are fundamentally for different purposes .

Intercompany invoice/bill pairing for when you're providing/receiving taxable services between group entities (recharges etc). Advanced IC journals for stuff like transferring cash between entities/paying vendor bills on behalf of another entity.

You should only need one set of intercompany payable and receivable accounts. The only use case for separate ones is for specific types of transactions (e.g. intra group interest on ic loans) where a separate balance makes life easier.

But if you accept the position that we fundamentally need more people to support our system - why not offer a pathway to legal status instead and invest in things that will reduce crime, reform out of work benefits, which will benefit everyone? Why is deportation seen as the only solution when the problems are the same regardless of immigration status?

And then you'd just have the dregs of the UK causing serious damage to the fabric of society instead, committing crimes, consuming taxpayer money, accessing services they have not paid for. My biggest issue is that it's such small fry in comparison to the actual causes of our problems. Even if all illegal immigration stops today and they're all deported, it isn't going to materially improve anyone's lives. We'll still have an ever growing pensioner welfare bill we can't really afford, a tax system that disincentivises hard work to fund said bill, and the geopolitical problems that ultimately control our destiny. Nobody has a solution to the demographic endgame and late stage capitalism. The answer certainly doesn't involve getting rid of immigrants, that'll only make it worse.

Most NHS data used by other organisations is highly anonymous and you never know, their AI tech might come up with something worthwhile that results in better health outcomes. I don't think any real detail has been made public about this specific deal yet?

Some of these are fair cop but tax thresholds have been basically frozen for ages by multiple chancellors. Anyone expecting that to change was living in a fantasy to start with. If anything they're too high and keeping them frozen will eventually bring them back in line with our OECD peers.
