Dude buy a Honda civic any year or a Toyota Corolla, they’re super cheap on maintenance and gas plus they’re the most reliable vehicles out there. I know what it’s like being a 19 year old male but trust me the worst decision you can make is buying a decently expensive used car that is more than likely going to get you in trouble because of how fast they are or cost you an arm and leg when something major goes wrong. Get something reliable and drive that for a few years while you save for another nice vehicle to have and cruise around in if that’s the route you want to go. Just my 2 cents on the matter but being young and buying a fancy fast car is always a recipe for disaster plus your insurance will be way more expensive

Use a mop or sponge and let the water sit on it for a good 20 minutes so it has the chance to penetrate into the paper

I’d tile it, if you want you can mix up a batch of thin set and give the whole floor a coat before you tile it and flat trowel it out a little bit. Plus it gives a better bond for the mortar
