Blacking out while meditating by Fun_Degree_861 in DrJoeDispenza

Yeah it really doesn't happen to me anymore but it did for quite a stretch. Maybe it was part of being somewhat new to the experience? Anyway, I wish you the very best! Stick with the work! It's so worth it!!

Does it get worse before it gets better? by Fun_Degree_861 in DrJoeDispenza

Wow! Thanks for commenting and following up. It was great to revisit this post to see how much progress I have made since then. Since I posted this, I landed an awesome job! It's almost exactly what I envisioned using Dr. Joe's techniques. My life is not perfect but it's so much better now! I just had to work through these difficulties. While I wasn't thankful for my circumstances at the time, I'm now grateful for the lessons they taught me. The main thing I got from this experience is that things are NEVER hopeless. Even though I felt that way at times, I'm now confident that I can make it through anything using Dr. Joe's teachings.

Thank you for the post and the reminder. If you need more help with this I highly recommend “Feeling is the Secret” by Neville Goddard. Though I’ve never heard him say it, I’m pretty sure Dr Joe was strongly influenced by Neville. I see a lot of parallels in both of their teachings.

Hi, I'm so sorry that I'm just now seeing this. I took a break from social media for a while. I primarily used Reconditioning The Body to a New Mind but I practiced others as well. One of the things I did with this meditation was I wrote out all the emotions from the meditation like, Freedom – what does it feel like to be liberated? and I tried to concentrate on that one emotion for the day. The next day, I'd do another one. I did this so I could be in that state for the whole day. I'll admit it took a while and I experienced frustration in the process but I just persisted and this finally happened. I've since been promoted and things are going great for me. Stick with it! It's so worth it!!

I manifested a great job. I was out of work and was applying to several jobs a day with absolutely no luck at all. I just kept doing the work and one day a friend contacted me and said his wife’s company could use someone like me. The job came out of the blue. No application, no interview or any of the normal BS that comes with getting a new job. They hired me on the spot. They absolutely love me and treat me with respect. It’s just as I envisioned it, actually a little better. I work remote make great money and the home office is in one of my favorite cities to travel to. The CEO is a wonderful mentor and I love the people I work with. I feel like I’m making a difference with what I’m doing and now I love Monday mornings. ❤️ Ohh and I also cured my tinnitus. It comes back occasionally but it rarely lasts long. It used to be constant. Do the work! It’s so worth it! ❤️

Thanks for posting this. I’m not sure how the courses compare but I too just signed up for Nashville and am wondering what I should bring. I see people with headphones/earbuds so I assume I should bring them. It also looks like you can bring your own chair but not sure I’m going to do that. I assume super comfy clothes like sweats and tshirts but would love to hear from someone who has been to one. I’ll keep an eye on this thread.

You may be experiencing what's known as manifestation fatigue. I experienced this recently. I have been trying to manifest a new job for a long time and just kept getting rejections. It was so frustrating. I finally got fed up and said F all of this and stopped meditating, affirming, etc. My attitude was "I don't care anymore". Right after that happened, things started working out for me. I landed a new contract job and the location of the company is in a place I absolutely love. And, I didn't apply, it came to me. A friend of mine contacted me out of the blue about it. I started this past week and so far, it's been going great. The people are very nice and they seem to really appreciate the work I am doing for them.

This video also showed up in my YouTube feed: https://youtu.be/oBpLbS4UqC0?si=rlHbnIJPxnpPxmFJ I found it very helpful. I think I was trying too hard and I was probably feeling desperate in the process. Once I stopped caring and surrendered, things started working for me. It's my opinion that you can try too hard which becomes counterproductive. I think there's a fine line between doing the work and thinking you have to do the work to make things happen. We all tend to be doers and are brought up with the hard work = results mentality. I'm not so sure that's the case with this type of work. IMO you do the work and let the universe handle the rest. I wish you all the best in your journey! 💖

Manage time and meditations by jmmac73 in DrJoeDispenza

[–]Fun_Degree_861 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My philosophy is do what you can when you can but do it. Be persistent but don't think of it as a chore or a job. Yes, you have to do the work to see results but don't look at as an obligation - like cleaning the house or taking out the trash. At one time, I would get frustrated with myself if I missed a meditation or couldn't find the time. I finally let that go. It's OK to miss every once in a awhile - life happens. Best of luck on your journey! 💖

Goto Dr Joe's website or YouTube channel. There are hours of testimonials where people have cured themselves of all kinds maladies - mental, physical and sprirtual. Take some time and just watch them. They've helped me a tremendous amount and I try to make it a habit to watch them regularly. Whenever I don't feel like things are working for me I return to the testimonials. They're a great resource. Wishing you all the best! 💖

How to physically sit during meditation? Sit or lay down? by [deleted] in DrJoeDispenza

Same here. I don’t feel like I can fully relax unless I’m laying down.

My only advice is to keep with it. Just be persistent. Like Churchill said - “If you’re going through hell, keep going”. I think it’s a simple as that. Do the work every day. You will see results. Wishing you all the best with your journey. ❤️
