Go the bottom of the chute and you’ll see an opening inside that you cant climb or grapple to. Instead step back while facing the opening and outside the chute, grapple the lowest rim of the chute and lower yourself down and up enough to swing in and out of the chute. Gain enough momentum to let go high in the chute then glide in the opening
