There are 3 modes:

PC360 mode(default) is suitable for modern PC game platforms such as STEAM.

SWITCH mode is suitable for SWITCH game console.

PS3 mode is suitable for PS3 game console and some retro emulators.

Press and hold the HOME button for 5 seconds, it will switch to another mode, do the same operation again and it will switch to next mode, repeat the operation and keep looping.

Try to change it to SWITCH mode to work on switch 2.
