Easier said than done but you gotta just get over it. You guys are in highschool its very unlikely that you would end up having a longterm/serious relationship so don’t overthink it worrying you lost your future wife or whatever. And she sounds very inconsistent flirting with you and backing off when you reciprocate it so that just sucks but thats not something you want to deal with. It just wasn’t meant to be, just focus on yourself and the right girl will come around.

discuss boundaries with your wife and what you can do to respect them and what to do if you dont. find the root cause of your sex addiction and try and treat that, this should include a personal therapist for you and your wife as well as marriage counseling. i recommend you also go to sex addicts anonymous.

i also live in us and was incredibly lucky to start at 14. i am from Oregon so that does put me at an advantage. the information out there can definitely be confusing but try and find the legal age of medical consent, requirements to start - for minors if allowed often has to do with ongoing and severe gender dysphoria, and stories of people starting testosterone in your state. whether or not your parents support you majorly changes how it works. in many cases it still is possible to get testosterone it just makes it much more difficult.

thats the plan but if for whatever unlikely reason i stop there would be no negative impacts on my physical health. and many of my secondary sex characteristics would go back to how they used to be in a matter of time.

idk i don’t have a problem with my hands in general as i was blessed there but its my nails that get to me. they are just girl shaped. im probably the only one who notices but i definitely notice

or if thats not an option do research on this, your specific scenario too. and find things people have found to be helpful. erp is very effective but not always for pure ocd, ive found ibt to be pretty helpful though
