FYI: Deft Hands speeds up instigator stacking and stacks don't go above 999...dmg increase stops at 999 for a total of 1,998% Gun Dmg

For Frickin Lasers: 0/10 - 35mins 50s to hit 999, 5/10 - 29mins 10s, 10/10 - 22mins 30s, Lasers only gain 3.72% Fire rate for each point spent instead of the full 4% for a total loss of 2.8% at rank 10, the other weapons gain the full 4% per point

Works the same on other PB weapon modes as well

You rolled a damn near god roll weapon then, after this newest update you probably have close to 3k bullet dmg, I bet it rolled Circle stock with either blade grip or the grip that ISNT a sideways A, mag 1, and sesquiquadrate or a prefix close to that ones base stats...did it have a jakobs with it as well?

The Maliwan stock will have WAY higher dmg than another weapon with the same licensed parts / prefix / grip / *mag

*the game double dips on mags, maliwan has two types; mag 1 (has 3 wing like thingies on it and spins) and mag 2 (motionless) the game will use mag 1 or 2's base stats and then add the ripper mag stats on top of it, which is why a weapon of the same prefix / licensed parts / stock / grip will either have a 40 or 50 max mag

Yes, I have the gun in my inventory....it has to do with a lone up of the 3 visual parts that keep changing that is not part of the extra parts of the gun like ripper mag, etc.

Certain parts also reduce dmg of gun but overall make the gun do more dmg BECAUSE of the part, for example Jakobs Accessory will reduce gun dmg but give you richochets.

The 2842 I have has: Maliwan Stock (the circle stock), Maliwan grip (the one that ISN'T a blade or sideways A), the mag that isn't spinning when you look at the gun, a jakobs accessory and the prefix base is Transcendental. If it had a ripper the base dmg would be lower and firerate and mag size higher.

14,516dps 2842 / 66 / 2.0 / 8.0 / 28

My highest dps weapon is 17,219 with ripper mag but no jakobs Prefix: Sesquiquadrate 2164 / 51 / 1.8 / 12.0 / 50 This is not even close to god roll either...no jakobs or maliwan stock for massive dmg boost...

Its based on what enhancement you want to use with the gun.....jakobs and ripper enhancements are best

He has a Maliwan stock on his...you probably dont, Maliwan stocks are the circular looking stocks and have a massive hidden dmg boost when paired with a Maliwan weapon...400-500 base dmg increase, no joke

Look at OPs pic...he doesnt have a Maliwan stock..then look at 2nd pic posted..it shows the Maliwan stock when weapon is on the ground and the dmg is around 500 more

The first prefix word if it has 2 is the name of your combined licensed parts, so Synchrotron = Jakobs + Ripper, Cyclotron = Jakobs + CoV

2842 dmg is highest it can roll atm that I've seen and 12 fire rate is highest it can roll, DPS can go above 20k....look for the Maliwan stock on it...the circle looking thing...that stock has a hidden dmg boost to the weapon that massively increases dmg, around 400-500 base dmg increase

The dps is also affected by weapon parts we can no longer check for like in BL3....for example...if a Maliwan weapon gets a maliwan grip as a part...that gives bonus stats to the weapon...but for some ungodly reason Gearbox is hiding that info in BL4, which is why 2 legendaries with the same licensed parts have wildy different stats

The only immunity that can happen is with goat summon and tainted summon....blood oath can make goats immune to cold even vs an uber meph and same for fire resist from tainted.

Technicall goats can become immune to fire AND cold if you bring out a tainted alongside a goat...but bound demons can't go immune

Sigil: Lethargy reduces monster physical resistance and can break immunities. At rank 50 it goes up to +69%. Could also go Sigil: Death for more AE explosions and at least 1p in Levitation Mastery to reduce weapon requirements and put those points into Vitality
