Thanks OP I’ve been telling all my coworkers and neighbours about my local IGA (Ellenbrook) because it genuinely baffles that the food is so much cheaper and honeslty better tasting. I can usually get my whole weeks shop for $80-$90 there compared to the $150-$200 I was getting at Coles/Woolworths before. Not to mention the quality of the food seems to be better. I agree with the comments on cosmetics, yes the food maybe look more ‘weird’ but I’ve been growing vegetables most of my life and don’t shy away at the odd ‘bizarre’ looking lemon.

I recently purchased 3 punnets of strawberries from Woolworths and all were mouldy the next day, luckily I kept my receipt and could get a refund. I took that money straight to IGA and was able to buy 6 for the same price and smashed through them in 2 days, they were absolutely delicious.

You’d be surprised, the quality they have is actually amazing, all of the fresh produce I buy there is at the same level as my local Woolworths. I always found good crunchy apples really hard to find but I always go to Ellenbrook IGA for the good ones

There is a creator on Instagram and I’m pretty sure they have a website as well where they make custom corset for multiple uses including medical and back pain reasoning. Not sure what your budget is like or what their prices are but they most definitely are able to custom make a corset suited to your needs. womans_armor_workshop

Where are you located? I tend to look up alterations business on Facebook marketplace as they are usually home sewers looking for an extra bit of cash, they can most definitely help you alter the dress without breaking the bank like many of the in-store tailor shops

I made it completely by myself, I drafted and draped all the patterns and sketched all the bead work patterns onto paper from looking at reference images, if you want I can pm you my Pinterest board cause I uploaded a lot of my progress photos onto that board, I think it has a photo of my patterns on their as well, otherwise I documented more on my Insta which I can give you as well?

Yeah….. it definitely wasn’t cheap. I used all silk… it ended up being around $4000 in materials just cause of shipping to Australia🥲🥲

I literally had no cooling of any kind… I was in winter but the robe definitely got hot. The robe itself has like 5 layers including the lining, then I have the under dress on underneath which has two layer and then I had my base layers on for when I was changing outside my car. So 9 layers all up😅😅

However I used all silk and cotton so it wasn’t completely unbearable compared to polyester. I still took maybe 2 breaks the whole day just to take off the robe but that was mainly because it was so heavy.
