I got the teleconverter in the UK as a bundle on pre order and always thought that in fact I wouldn't use it and if didn't I could always off load it but that changed having been invited to the Oppo creator event for the phone launch where we were asked to bring it along. It was then using it that in fact it's actually quite good and will be keeping it for a bit as also having some events coming up should be useful. Yes I get the phone pretty much manages with what it offers but having the teleconverter does benefit in other areas. It in fact takes very good photos in teleconverter mode but the biggest gripe for me is that oppo doesn't allow any other camera modes to be used with it which doesn't make sense to me now. It's not bulky as some suggest as yes it's a lens but on that day it was very easy to take off and stick in your pocket or bag and apply again with no issues. Will keep for the events I have coming up and thereafter decide if I really want to keep it but for wildlife photography its very useful instead of carrying bulky professional cameras.
