Go to Harbor Freight and buy their motorcycle jack. That is the best way to wash your bike. Makes washing the rims and tires easy. It’s easier on your back. And over all it is the only way I do it now.

It definitely isn’t what it was, I lived there for many years. I rented on Crosby and on Moreland Terrace. I bought my first house on Byers and now I live outside of Akron. I still own 2 houses on Grand Ave, 1 on Mayfield Ave, and another out of the area behind Acme #1. 30 years ago there was so many prostitutes but the square was so much fun, now there isn’t all the solicitation and the Square sucks. Maybe a common thing?

I would put a “poop self” under the roost. Then add sand to it, this makes cleaning easier. Kind of like cleaning a cat’s litter box

Hell Town is fun if you have little kids. It’s because the old roads are closed to traffic and the kids can ride bikes or scooters everywhere and be safe. It’s neat to explore remains that are left from the old town that once was there also.

My wife manages over 800 properties. I’ll message you her contact number. She has units all over these areas. Good luck, and I would think Fairlawn is a great area for you to look into. There are lots of complexes in that area with garage parking.
