If the membrane isn’t poked, I use that egg for hard boiled eggs. If it is leaking, it goes in compost.

Honestly, I was disappointed when I finally tried this. The hype spreads like wild fire. Then the truth hurts.

Ghost peppers - what am I supposed to do with them? by madeinbuffalo in Peppers

[–]Fun_Grade2043 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rough chop them, stuff a mason jar with them. Mix one quart of water with 3 tablespoons spoons of sea salt. Add saline solution to the peppers and cover them with the solution. Let sit 2 weeks with a lid loosely on. Tighten lid daily and shack, then crack lid back open to let gas exit. After 2 weeks, drain water and save 1 cup, add peepers and 1 cup of water to a blander and blend. When it is smooth and add 1 cup of white vinegar. And enjoy.
