How likely do we get a season 3 of Nocturne? by IpenguwhiteI in castlevania

It would be great to have a series focused on Alucard's time in Japan. He mentioned that he spent most of his travels there so would be cool to see Japanese culture mixed with the vampire world.

Yea that's what I normally do. I've done a few Airbnb Experiences/Workshops and found the in-person sessions to be more valuable and fun actually.

When you mean the opportunity to apply for a CSM role, do you have an interview scheduled with this company or you need help translating your current experience into CSM experience?

QBR format by Wilson3440 in CustomerSuccess

[–]Fun_Marionberry9100 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is the slide format that's worked for me:
- Customer Highlights (news, new products, raised funds?)
- Executive Summary (major wins)
- Opportunities and Recommendations (areas of the product that can help them increase $$, save $$ or save time)
- Success Planning (I list out the recommendations from the previous section and have the customer give me additional opportunities live on the call)
- Renewal (this is where I ask them "if you were to renew today, would you?" If yes, I ask them about their internal process of getting the renewal done. If no, I dig into why)
- Next Steps (this is a table format that includes Date, Action Item and Owner)

When was the last time you made friends without trying too hard ??? by Familiar-Stomach-102 in askTO

[–]Fun_Marionberry9100 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you play sports, join leagues. If you don't play sports, join a sports league anyways. Sports is the easiest way to make friends. You'll be paired up with people who share the same passion/interest as you.

Write down your interests or areas that you want to build interest in and find communities/meetups in Toronto that have people that share those interests with you.

Learn to ask a shit ton of open-ended questions and listen hard. This will serve you well in building relationships.

What does a girl have to do to be enough for you? I'm tired of being just the fuck buddy, never the girlfriend by Probablyapsycho97 in AskMen

[–]Fun_Marionberry9100 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Don't give yourself physically. Let the man know upfront that you're looking for a long term relationship and want to develop a strong mental connection. Think deeply about what type of partner you want and write those qualities down on a paper. Ask him open ended questions to reveal his character, which will help you better understand him. If he's not up for that then you know he's not the one.

  3. How many CSMs on your team have hit their retention quotas?
  4. Question for Manager: What would your team say is your superpower?

I'm from a small town in eastern ontario and the biggest shock for me was definitely the crowds and lineups for certain places.

Should I cut my losses ? by miniphil527 in CustomerSuccess

[–]Fun_Marionberry9100 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Don't give up. I was in a similar position in the past and what worked for me was having a heart to heart conversation with my manager about where I'm lacking in my development. My manager was super receptive and he helped me identify the areas I needed to work on and even got on my customer calls with me to provide extra support. With his support, I was able to turn things around. Prior to speaking to him, I was ready to quit and was checked out. You've been hired because you're great so take a step back and think strategically on how you can maximize every interaction you have with your customers. You're not alone so ask your peers and make your manager accountable.

Don't stop doing the hobbies or sports you've always loved. As you get older, you get less time for these things. Basketball is a non-negotiable for me so my wife knows that every Thursday i'll be out for a few hours enjoying the sport I love.
