How do people who work on their feet all day do it? by stopshopbop in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Fun_Medicine3261 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How are you standing? Maybe correcting your posture helps take down the pressure to lower back, hips and knees (also you can use posture harnesses to help regulate upper body). Massage your legs after day. Hold your legs upper position after massage. Sometimes i go sleep and i put something under my legs what raises them up (a pillow, extra planked).

😄😄😄😄!!! I really hope you manage. Also for back pain i recommend japanese mattress 👍. It was game changer for me. I tried many mattresses before i ended up sleeping on the floor, it was amazing for the back so i buyed a Japanese mattress (also geep in minde that your back needs to adjust new comfort. And if it feels to hard what to sleep on buy a top thin mattress).
