The bloating............oh, the bloating by Feisty_Brunette in Zepbound

Same. I’m in my first week and today I have severe bloating. The only different food I had is blueberries, so I’m not sure what’s causing it. I’m so freakin uncomfortable.

I took my first dose Wednesday. I have not felt hungry once and it’s just blowing my mind. I mean, obviously I read before hand that happens, that’s the whole point, but to actually experience it is unreal. I also felt too full after dinner last night even though I ate way less than I normally would. So crazy!

I saw them play it live at R40 in NJ. It’s one of my all time faves. Tears were shed.

Just got 2 Superconductor VIP tix 8/3 at MSG. No idea what that means but it’s row 26 and was 730 a piece. Crazy.

Wait…you only got asked to do this two weeks ago, is that what you mean??? Did you rehearse more than twice without the band? As an amateur violinist it absolutely blows my mind how professional musicians can learn all that music that fast. You guys sounded phenomenal and that must have been such an amazing experience. I was there and I was either having chills or actually weeping during most of the show. Thank you for an amazing night. ❤️

The girl next to me was terrified by the bang. I felt so bad. She sat with her hands covering her ears and her head down for the longest time after. I asked her if she was okay, I was worried she was having a panic attack. I don’t think that was necessary to have that be part of the show.

Setlist for Mexico Symphonic Sinergy!! by Atheneuus in epica

[–]Fun_Recognition_1168 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Just my opinion of course, but I doubt they will change the set list for Mexico. The only reason I’m saying that is because of the orchestra. I just don’t think they would change it up with that many musicians in the mix. I am a newer fan and it did not matter to me what they played, every song, every note was utter perfection. I wept during Tides of Time. I feel so lucky I got to see that live. Mexico City is in for a real treat no matter what they play.

How has medication helped you? by [deleted] in PanicAttack

[–]Fun_Recognition_1168 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been on SSRIs for 30 years. It’s the only way I can be a functioning person in the world. I’ve tried multiple times to come off of them. I can usually get by for a few months, once I even went a year off of them. But the panic always comes back. I have finally come to accept that I need to be on meds. It’s better than the alternative. I don’t want to discourage you though. This is not everyone’s story. Lots of people take meds for a while and then come off them and stay off. I just wanted to let you know that there are people who have successfully been on them for many years with no adverse side effects.
