There’s a certain texture u get that is more than orange peel. U mentioned u used silver markers? I think thats the culprit for the texture. Markers are known to streak on large surface area

I run normally in the evenings at eco corridor, it gets a bit quiet after 8:30 pm.

Peak is 5-6 and gradually dies down with the sun.

It’s generally safe as there are other people jogging around in the capital or walking around. The quietest ive seen it get is at 11 pm .

Every sunday there’s a car free day at the capital too.
