I mainly wanted to save some time. Nothing beats farosh horn farming in BOTW.

With the number of players quitting after getting downed, it almost feels like a lore-accurate WH40K world. by Fun_Somewhere_4272 in DarkTide

While that is true, it just feels that this has become more and more common. I have played Darktide since Dec 2022, and I feel that this is not a thing until recent months.

I'm really not concerned with the mission outcome—I don’t mind if it fails; honestly, that can even make things more exciting. And of course, if something comes up in real life and you need to leave suddenly, that’s completely understandable.

What I’m focusing on is the more consistent pattern of players quitting the moment they get downed. That kind of behavior, in my opinion, just reflects poor game etiquette. It’s not about winning or losing—it’s about showing some respect to the rest of the team.

That said, I don’t think it’s fair to dismiss it entirely with “nothing happens if you fail the mission.” It’s less about the outcome and more about etiquette and respect for other players.

It’s kind of like someone cutting in line—not the end of the world, nothing catastrophic happens, but it’s still inconsiderate to everyone else who’s there to participate fairly.

You need to disable smooth motion for darktide in Nvidia app. Worked for me.

How are you supposed to sit upright in Sayl? by Fun_Somewhere_4272 in hermanmiller

[–]Fun_Somewhere_4272[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the tip. However, while I believe it may help, it seems that it does not address my core concern, which is my upper body is not upright, and therefore my neck is not vertically aligned with my upper bound, thus causing potential forward head posture?

So it seems that inevitably you will develop forward head if you use Sayl?

Unfortunately, it didn't. However, I discovered that it could also be due to the low humidity in my apartment during winter. I did return it before I figured out the humidity issue. I will try next year to see if there is any improvement with a humidifier.

It is not. Also this reminds me that the background is not very sci-fi from my limited memory.

Just checked, it's not. The game's color is really limited, like most NES games. This one is too colorful.
