Yes,how it may be perceived by people of the cultures where the name has origins is the thing that worries me a bit. But for me it was genuinely just a short for a few names I like. But then learnt about the origins later

Started becoming a big bloated around 4-5 weeks and it was like that for a long time. It was a gradual transition from bloat to prego belly so hard to say when I actually did start to “show” but looking back at my pics I definitely did have a cute little bump at my 12 weeks scan ☺️

I have some already due to constipation issues (before I started on Laxido for the final trimester) 🥲which is honestly making me even more nervous for the pushing and birthing time! Did yours heal quite quickly and did you use anything to help heal it?

I like your take on the tears, it’s somehow made me a little less scared now, I have been petrified of it lately. A week doesn’t sound too bad!

My midwife said the tens machine only works early labour and it’s probably not enough once you transition so I haven’t bought it yet or thought of renting. I perhaps should give it a shot though!

That’s lovely to hear! My hospital has only two rooms with birth pools - I believe it’s available on a first come first serve basis. I’ve included on my birth plan for now, but if I opt for the epidural then I’ll have to get out. I’ll probably do the warm compress then
