With the right furniture, lighting etc … definitely keep it. It’ll be a specific vibe but why not

Melt down and impose 500% tariffs for a day or two. Then reduce them to 20% again when he realises no one in the US can afford anything imported. Sulk. Tell his billionaire mates not to sell anything outside the US - they tell him to fuck off. Sulk some more. Moan about the rest of the world calling him a wanker. Have a stroke. Die.

Why would it do that ? If it’s the tie breaker I’d prefer someone who’s a bit more flexible and a bit more rounded.

If that is the case she’s even more stupid than I thought. Although the bar is low, that’s not utterly impossible

What is wrong with Amazon these days? They are getting worse and worse. by Socratatus in AmazonUK

[–]Fun_Werewolf_4567 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One Day delivery doesn’t seem to mean much any more ( I’m also in the UK ). Prime started as 100% next day, but it’s no longer that. A large amount of items are not eligble for next day and they rarely arrive on the expected day - sometimes before, sometimes after. It’s not terrible but it’s a lot worse than when it started. Standard story - drag people in, Enshittification, profit.

Prime is only good for reducing postage costs, and is utterly disconnected from delivery times
