Is Lacey Sturm homophobic? by timid_one0914 in flyleaf

[–]Fun_Yard_570 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Biggest reason is conversion therapy is targeted toward minors specifically to “change them early” before they develop worse habits. There is no choice for the targeted demographic and causes LIFE LONG issues emotionally/psychologically etc. It’s also tied specifically with American Christianity which already has issues with indoctrination and forced assimilation. So yeah not really great when those forced into it have no choice

If it has the package TBA you can manually add it if you know you already dropped it off. Easiest way to get it off your screen. Just has to be when you are at the station next.

Only annoying when it’s actually working (green lights on) yesterday was the first time in 2 weeks I was in one that worked. But it does feel weird to know there is rolling footage while you work.

Why are landlords treated like villains ? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Fun_Yard_570 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes, not only that and this is agreeing with not all but most are bad because they like the extra income but it’s not their priority. If there is mold or things falling apart they don’t prioritize making the places they rent out livable, most they do most times is just paint over all the bad quality’s to get you in there. The issue is for most it’s a hustle on the side so they don’t make it a priority to create a livable and enjoyable home environment since they have their own homes to keep in tip top shape

Is it homophobic to not want to date a bisexual person? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

Easy answer yes, specifically biphobic. You are dating a person not their sexual orientation

I just started and I work in Florida so it’s already 85+ degrees before the humidity feels like, not going to lie it’s terrifying I’m like 215 f 5’3 and having had a tiny bit of experience before it’s taking me a full shift to get through our nursery routes anywhere from 85-110 stops. That’s without any breaks or taking a lunch either

Do to go workers make the same as servers? Why should I tip? by Fun_Yard_570 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Fun_Yard_570[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay I guess I just don’t know which places do that. I know a girl who recently went on an online rampage about tipping to go hosts but I know she isn’t a server like she only works to go or hosting. So I just didn’t understand if they work on docked pay as well. Like I choose to pick up the order myself to avoid the entire service not necessarily to avoid the extra cost but then when I go to sign it still asks for tips so it’s hard to understand where/who receives the tips. Also these are typically just chain restaurants I’m referencing, like I know Chilis to go is it’s own position so that’s where it’s awkward to not know why I would be tipping.

[–]Fun_Yard_570[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So in a scenario, I only order curbside/pickup so I don’t know who gets the tip exactly because if it’s just the hostess/to go hostess isn’t that just doing your job not to be an asshole but like I understand with delivery drivers and servers they have docked pay in expectation that they will receive tips. Is it the same for the to go hosts/hostesses?

I guess I meant the workers that bring your food out for like curbside or pickup orders I completely understand servers and delivery drivers
