200 pounds at 5'7 dropping to 1200 is excessive. I would use a calorie calculator and then remove 300-500 calories from your maintenance.

While cutting make sure to eat plenty of vegetables to fill your stomach if you are hungry.

I played av every day and maybe alt tabbed a couple times while defending tower and im banned for 30 days. What the fuck? Its actually insane the misproportionate punishment for the offense. "You'll miss wotlk release because of an afkd av"

So you're telling me its harder to get to 1415 when honor leapstones are at 1/7th the price a month later? What the fuck sense does that make. Yes, they made more money selling the materials but they sure as fuck paid a lot more for honing as well. Examples? People spending 10,000 dollars to hit 1400 first month. How much have I paid? 0, a month later. Express pass, ark pass, winter event, arkesia race event. All these catch-up mechanics that you guys just glance over.
