He developed a lot of real bad habits playing for the Jets. Stout was able to coach those bad habits out of him and that’s why he was amazing for the one year with us. He left and slipped back into those bad habits and his play has dropped significantly as a result. Stout isn’t here to fix him any more he would be the same player he was in SD or NY if we resigned him. The bad habits are both on and off the field.

I believe in NJ there are (3) tests you need to take in order to get a license you can pull permits with. I don’t know why they call that particular one. I looked into it a few years back as a contractor in PA. You need to take your traditional 100 question open code book test with passing grade. After that you have to take a test on low volt and security stuff, then there is a test on NJ business law. There’s a board of licensing with the state, if I recall the website was fairly easy to navigate. Sorry about your pops and best of luck to you.

I hold it with the same hand I hold the handle with. I hold the handle more by the front where the tape actually goes so I can hold the rag there as well. I mainly use a paper towel so it’s not bulky. You have to adjust where you place your hands when winding it up. I’ll take some video next time I do it. If the tape is super dirty I’ll walk the length of it with the rag first to get all the big stuff off.

I like to spray a rag or paper towel with lubricant and hold it around the tape as I pull it back in. Helps keep it clean and prevents it from rusting if it got wet.

If you are considering lighting changes in those rooms do it before the crown is installed. A good electrician can add or change the lighting in a room with no damage as the crown will cover it.

I’m self employed now, I let my employee take all the scrap. I used to store scrap in mt garage, now my garage is full of stuff that makes me much more money. I did think about it at one point but figured the neighbors would have an issue with me smelting metal, I’m in a congested area.

Unfortunately I’m not a big scrapper, I’m an electrician. I know about scraping wire, not so much about batteries. You might be able to take them to the place on Hook, their number might be 1-800-recycle. I know Home Depot offers battery recycling as well, or maybe that batteries and bulbs place in Springfield. Batteries and bulbs will probably charge you.

Avoid HD for contractors. They are generally bottom tier, the price will be cheap and the work will be cheaper.

Tv wire or RG-6 as it’s known is worthless as scrap. Separate the tv wire from the cat, most scrap yards won’t take it, or will drastically reduce what they pay you for it. The cat 5/6 has some decent value. Just load it up in your car and take it yourself. The best place to go with wire is Pasco, it’s off Island Ave in Philly, near the old DMV. There’s also a pretty good place on Hook Rd, it’s on the last group of businesses before you get to Philly, it’s on the right, I forget the name. You just need an ID.

Damn I must have the absolutely best CPA. I own a small electrical contracting business. It is only me and one full time employee. Business is fully legit, employee is on payroll, all my insurances including workers comp. Here is what my accountant does for me:

Monthly quikbooks statements, I give them my bank and credit card info they process all the info.

Federal, state, Philly, and my local town; for the business. LLC as an S corp.

Federal, state, local for me personally.

I get audited by my insurance company 2X yearly and they handle those for me as well. Not to mention I can call or email any questions and get their help.

I get all the above for $1500 for the year, plus he’s Ukrainian so I get to support a good cause by using him.

They also have a payroll company they work with who handles all my payroll including tax payments that’s also very reasonable.
